Content
 Machine-made bindings by Stokkink's Electrische boekbinderij in Amsterdam, with the names of the publishers and the binding designers, including J.L.M. Lauweriks, S.H. de Roos and J.B. Heukelom. Industrial bindings could be made of leather, imitation leather, buckram or linen in many different colours and pressings but also of strong paper, grey board, leather, strawboard or fibre board. They were decorated with gold leaf, blind tooled or with another method of colour printing.
