Content
 This book is the first work printed in the Northern Netherlands of which the printer and place of production are known. Nicolaes Ketelaer and Gheraert de Leempt worked together in the years 1473 and 1474 as printers in Utrecht. The first printers from the Soutern Netherlands known by name are Dirk Martens and Johan van Westfalen in Aalst and Leuven. Other printers of incunabuka are William Caxton, who worked in Brugge and subsequently introduced the art of printing in Engeland, Colard Mansion of Brugge, Henrick Eckert van Homberch in Delft, Gheraert Leeu in Gouda and Antwerp, Richard Pafraet in Deventer, Jacob Bellaert in Haarlem and Adriaen van Liesvelt in Antwerp.
